As opposed to the typical mortgage broker that acts as a third party intermediary between borrower and investor, at Mann, the final underwriting decision and ability to fund the loan reside in the local branch office. We are a decentralized organization. Borrowers purchase or refinance a home in the context of a local market. We give them comprehensive local service. The results of local control translate into faster, accurate closings and a high personal touch throughout the financing process.
